Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring network devices like routers, switches, and load balancers.
- Performing routine checks, updates, and patching to maintain network stability and performance.
- Identifying and resolving network issues, including connectivity problems, slow performance, and security breaches.
- Implementing network security measures like access controls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
- Tracking network performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize network usage.
- Perform operational roles and support techs on BOC projects
Required Skills:
- 6-8 years of experience supporting the Operational roles of new and existing network Devices
- Experience with Cisco routers, Switches and Wireless Access Points
- Experience Monitoring and responding to alerts and outage conditions
- VMWare
- Cisco Routers and Switches
- Wireless controllers and Access points
- SolarWinds

- Active Directory

- Server Builds for Windows and/or Linux
- SAN storage/Hypervisor
