Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a IT Delivery Manager for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Banking clients in Auburn Hills, MI or Frisco, TX .
Responsibilities :
Manage projects related to reliability, continuous improvement, equipment installation, validations, and new product development; actively participate in engineering work, and provide technical support, knowledge, mentorship, and guidance.
Oversee the Operations Initiatives function, which supports the onboarding, testing and maintenance of ACH and EDI Transmission services
Manage the digital payments ACH roadmap leveraging client technology to implement product enhancements that deliver best-in-class consumer experiences, convenient payment choices, and transaction security
Required Skills :
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
10 years of working directly within engineering teams within financial institutions
Previous relevant experience in the cash management products and ACH payment industry, sound understanding of clearing systems, regulatory framework, and risk management disciplines related to US ACH processing
Hands on HOGAN CAMS experience; Mainframe Cobol,
Experience leading teams in an agile environment
Experience with Delivery and Test focused
Experience with online payment transfer / ACH payment processing / PEP
Exceptional written and oral communications skills required for both internal and external stakeholders
