Responsibilities :
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean frameworks
- Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
- Ability to translate business needs and functional specifications into detailed use cases, epics, and user stories, including acceptance criteria
- Skilled in designing systems and system integrations based on project requirements
- Hands-on experience with all stages of testing within the software development lifecycle, including writing and executing test plans and cases
- Competent in providing resource estimates and quantifying project requirements
- Effective collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to drive project success
Required Skills :
- Prior experience with FedNow and NexPay
- Experience with API
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT roles within business environments
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management implementing new processes within banking
- Proven track record of contributing to medium-to-high complexity projects or systems for 8 year
- Ability to build relationships across the enterprise
- Excellent communication skills
