Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Technology PMO Coordinator for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Sports clients in Purchase, NY (Hybrid).
The team is excited to add a highly organized, driven, and detail-oriented member to its team. This person will work cross-functionally to drive operational improvements across our growing company. As part of the team, you will work with Managers on various projects and/or live products to assist with project-related tasks and/or deliverables.

Responsibilities :
- Assist the Director in the Agile development process, defining the scope, technical requirements, and priority of new business objectives.
- Contribute to product roadmap development based on a deep understanding of business. Strategy, user needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Ensure meeting notes, technical documentation & release notes are kept up to date.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Ability to obtain a working knowledge of an application's capabilities to the extent that most user questions can be answered without consulting a developer, product manager etc.
- Ability to communicate key features and benefits of an application consistently across the organization.
- Excellent soft skills (active listening and the ability to empathize with user base).
Required Skills:
- BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Design, or a related field
- Knowledge of the Agile development process and SCRUM principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills and organizational skills
- At least 1-3 years of work experience, particularly in technology, process management or requirements analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Demonstrated skills in requirements elaboration, system design and development, user acceptance testing plans, etc.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively collaborate with various teams by establishing strong business relationships. with cross-functional partners (i.e. support teams, project management, business relationship managers).
- Tennis knowledge is a bonus
