Product Manager - Express Education

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Product Manager - Express Education for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients. This role is hybrid in San Francisco, CA . This role is also open to fully remote.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the CC Education product management team to deliver an engaging and personalized "Adobe Express " product experience to students and teachers! The role will require you to ensure that the Adobe Express product home and editor experience is tailored for needs of our education users, higher education and K12, by surfacing relevant content and features at the right time & the right place. We work closely with cross functional teams that extend across all business functions from engineering, design, marketing, customer service, legal and other product teams.

Responsibilities :

• Research customer profiles, use cases and behaviors to distill user needs
• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with cross-organizational partners and teams to collaborate on product initiatives
• Define the product roadmap and requirements, collaborating effectively with other product managers, designers, engineering, marketing, and customer support to optimize delivery of features and ensure product benefits are communicated to customers
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that engage both internal and external audiences
• Continually assess market needs and opportunities, adjusting product priorities as needed

Required Skills :

• 7-10 years work experience in product management
• Comfort with iterative product development, experimentation and A/B testing
• Consistent track record working with multiple teams to deliver cloud-based software and/or services
• Ability to present complex ideas clearly and to rally people around a vision. Outstanding interpersonal skills with both local and remote teams.
• Ability to work in a team setting and/or independently as needed; self-starter.
• Ability to rapidly prioritize and continually learn/adapt to changing circumstances
• Highly enthusiastic, creative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to innovate.
• Passion for education and serving the needs of educators and students
• Minimum of BS in Computer Science, BA or equivalent experience
  MBA or Advanced degree in Data Science is a plus
