Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a SailPoint Provisioning Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Banking clients in Auburn Hills, M or Frisco, TX . Hybrid schedule 2x weekly onsite

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organizational systems and data by overseeing and enforcing IAM policies and procedures organization wide
- Develop, implement and maintain IAM policies and procedures
- Conduct IAM risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IAM processes and aligned with business requirements and industry best practices
- Monitor and report on IAM performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendation for remediation
- 1-2 years experience in SailPoint user administration
- 1-2 years experience in Active Directory or Top Secret/Mainframe administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
