Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an MS CRM Dynamics 365 Engineer for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in Rockville, MD.
This position is hybrid (2 days/week onsite).
Seeking an experienced Engineer in Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365, Customer service module to configure, customize and support user requests across many Business groups.

- 5 years of experience configuring and customizing MS Dynamics customer service module.
- Experience building large and complex configurations using Workflows and Plugins in Dynamics 365.
- Building Third-party integration using client-side customizations.
- AWS experience preferred, not a must-have.
- .NET development experience preferred, not a must-have.
- Outstanding communication skills
