Responsibilities :
- Design, implement and maintain Okta solutions for workforce authentication, authorization, and access management.
- Work closely with other IT professionals and business stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure that the Okta solution meets the needs of the organization.
- Participate in the evaluation of new technologies, tools, and techniques related to Okta workforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Okta workforce solutions.
- Work with other IT teams to integrate Okta solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Maintain and update Okta configurations to ensure they remain up to date with current security best practices and standards.
- Develop and maintain Okta documentation, including system design, user guides, and operational procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Okta workforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, SAML, OIDC and access management concepts.
- Experience with SSO, MFA, and other Okta features.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
