Sr./Lead UX Designer

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr./Lead UX Designer for a direct placement assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Jersey City, NJ.

Responsibilities :

• High-Fidelity UI Design - Translates product requirements into polished UI designs.
• Design System Adherence - Ensures alignment with firm-wide UX/UI standards.
• Collaboration with Engineering - Works closely with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility.
• Prototyping & Interaction Design - Creates interactive prototypes to validate user experience.
• Tools Proficiency - Expert in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Iterative Refinement - Incorporates user feedback and testing results into designs.
