Seeking Technical Product Manager/Business Analyst to join the Middle Office Platform Organization. This team owns systems, services, and initiatives to provide financial products to our customers across digital channels. This organization is responsible for building financial products, platform capabilities and components that are used by millions of customers daily.
Responsibilities:
- Working in Middle Office Platform Organization to drive product development including requirement gathering, technical solutioning, dependency resolution and overall lifecycle management of the product.
- Act as a Single point of contact as an SME for all Middle office products and services and the starting point for those discussions.
- This role requires strong analytical and communications skills, a deep understanding of Financial markets and products, and the ability to work effectively within agile development methodologies.
- 10 years of business analysis experience required in brokerage or related field.
- Must have deep understanding of Brokerage functions such as client onboarding, trading, margin, lending, asset servicing, calculation of portfolio values.
- Experience with defining end-to-end process and data flow diagrams and experience with process flow tools.
- Must possess strong data analysis & data modelling skills. Familiarity with data analysis tools (ie SQL, Excel, etc).
- Experience writing user stories with detailed and comprehensive acceptance criteria that can be used by development and testing teams using JIRA.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and can drive complex decisions with technology partners
- Experience of operating in Agile (Scrum) environment and understanding of Agile ceremonies.
- Bachelor education level in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience developing products or experience of product management
- JIRA experience
- Experience scaling technical infrastructure to meet the demands of global customers
