Responsibilities :
- Responsible for facilitating communication across agile teams working within an organization.
- P resents an aggregated view of testing to the higher management
- Point of contact for escalation testers
- Manager testing tools for the team
Required Skills :
- 8 years of experience
- Minimum 4 years of previous test manager experience
- Strong test leadership background
- Experience utilizing project management tools (JIRA
- Experience utilizing test case management tools (Qtest).
- Experience in tracking testing metrics and reporting.
- Experience in authoring test cases in Gherkin.
- Experience testing Web Services (REST/SOAP/XML/JSON/Postman/Swagger, etc.
- Exposure to test automation UI and API (Selenium, Cucumber, Postman).
- Knowledge of automated configuration management, build processes, & requirement tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to break down complex issues.
- Ability to comprehend business requirements and specification documents.
- Experience in setting standards and guidelines on the choice of automation tools.
- Experience in defining \ implementing testing strategies and methodologies.
- Can determine and provide training to testing teams.
- Capable of building a team intelligently consisting of automation testers, manual testers, and testing professionals.
