Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Vice President Program Manager for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Investment Management clients in the Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities:
- Manage large, complex, multi-year projects/programs to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost and quality
- Coordinate the development of product definition and roadmaps in partnership w the product management team
- Structure and manage integrated projects and programs to achieve expected business results
- Manage the product increment lifecycle and associated ceremonies
- Manage relationships with senior leadership team and communicate status and issues regularly
- Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria
- Manage interactions with eFront and Aladdin Data engineering and product teams
- Mobilize and manage a team to execute against project plans
- Lead business and technical design phases
- Lead teams with multiple discipline representation (especially technology, user experience, and product)
- Familiarity with Agile and Iterative Development
Skills:
- Deep expertise in the investment management domain and various data products like ESG, Post Trade KPI, Analytics, Risk analytics and models etc
- Expertise in the data management space - data acquisition, ingestion, transformation, distribution, consumption and data governance
- 10 years of work experience
- Ability to clearly articulate objectives and influence outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation
- Experience in the alternative investment domain
- Ambitious and proactive - able to show initiative and come up with ideas without prompting
- Technical aptitude, understanding technology in a business context
- Experience working with global, distributed teams across multiple cultures and time zones
- Sense of curiosity and the courage to ask tough questions
- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or Engineering preferred)
- Ability to drive the adoption of Scaled Agile practices across global teams. Should be proficient and certified in agile at scale methodologies such as SaFE, LeSS, Nexus etc.
