Where you come in
As a (Senior) Business Consultant in our NYC-based USA market team, you work closely with clients in the enterprise sector to understand their business and challenges. You report to the market team's Managing Director and work together with Account Executives to develop solutions and contribute to tender bids. You work together with management consultants and technical analysts to execute strategic short-term engagements, and you support our team's Customer Success Managers in ensuring the long-term strategic value of our long-term engagements.
How we work
As a (Senior) Business Consultant, your main responsibilities are on the commercial and delivery side. You ensure your domain knowledge is up-to-date and you know the ins and outs of organizations in the public and semi-public sectors. Typically, you will do the following :
- Identify the needs of our prospects and current clients in the Commercial Enterprise sector
- Support our Account Executives in closing deals
- Lead engagements of a strategic nature, esp. in politically difficult contexts
- Orchestrate and add value to every report
- Ensure customer satisfaction for all types of engagements
- Demonstrate the added value of the Sigrid platform to our clients
- Develop long-term relationships with our clients, together with our Customer Success Managers
- Guide clients in building their maturity in software quality assurance and modernization
