Responsibilities
Lead BA for multiple modules of the PORTS project. Responsible for facilitating requirements sessions, documenting all as is and to be requirements, assisting with creation of test cases and plans.
Gather and analyze requirements, create diagrams, create user stories, create test cases
Bachelor level or higher education
Business Analyst (CBAP) certification or equivalent BA credential/education
Skills Needed
84 months of experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication
84 months of experience assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications
84 months of experience identifying and documenting existing business processes, creating various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers
84 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment
12 months experience working on projects for the public sector/government
36 months experience with Grants Gateway or SFS Grants Module
