Location : Bronx, NY

Duration : 12 months

Weekly Working Hours : - 35 hrs in a week

Supervise staff who complete case reviews to process income reviews and resolve income discrepancy; Complete case reviews to process income reviews and resolve income discrepancy. Research and provide an accurate analysis of case activities; Use case research and knowledge of NYCHA to inform processing and supervision

Daily Duties

Supervise staff performing income reviews
Research case information to perform calculations
Provide feedback and reports to management on staff performance
