Weekly Working Hours : - 35 hrs in a week

Supervise staff who complete case reviews to process income reviews and resolve income discrepancy; Complete case reviews to process income reviews and resolve income discrepancy. Research and provide an accurate analysis of case activities; Use case research and knowledge of NYCHA to inform processing and supervision

Daily Duties

  • Supervise staff performing income reviews
  • Research case information to perform calculations
  • Provide feedback and reports to management on staff performance
