Responsibilities
- Software installation and configuration.
- Troubleshoot software installation issues.
- Perform problem root cause analysis.
- Citrix Netscaler administrator or Axway SecureTransport administrator (enterprise file transfer system)
- Assist in creation and update of technical documentation.
- Assist in process improvement.
- Day to day operational task for Axway SecureTransport File Transfer system.(create,update,troubleshoot and remove accounts as needed)
- Assist in vulnerability mitigation for various application installations.
- On-call and some weekend work will be required.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
- 60 Months of various hardware experience in Linux,AIX and Windows Server.
- 60 Months of Installation and configuration experience in various 3rd party applications.
- 60 Months of experience mitigating security vulnerabilities.
- 60 Months of experience in Technical Documentation
