Family Medicine Physician - Kutztown, PA
We are actively seeking a dynamic, experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated healthcare team in Kutztown, PA. Salary : $235,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide full-range family medicine services to a diverse patient population.
Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient records and care management.
Participate in a shared on-call rotation to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain an active and productive relationship with the practice administrator and support team.
Engage in continuous professional development and keep abreast of the latest medical practices and theories.
Incorporate preventative care and educational strategies into patient interactions.
Contribute to a team-oriented environment that fosters collaboration and medical excellence.
Minimum Position Qualifications :
Board Eligible / Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Valid or eligible for a Pennsylvania Medical License.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work under pressure.
Proficient with the use of electronic medical records, preferably EPIC EMR.
Commitment to high-quality, cost-effective health care.
Experience in working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary health team.
Preferred Qualifications :
Recent graduates from an accredited family medicine residency program.
Prior experience in a community-based practice setting.
Leadership experience or qualities, particularly in a medical practice setting.
Ability to perform minor outpatient procedures is considered an asset.
Experience in managing a diverse patient population including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients.
