Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Healthcare Account Executive, where your primary role will be to connect families with urgent care needs to the appropriate senior living communities or in-home care services. This position is pivotal in facilitating smooth transitions for patients discharged from hospitals or skilled nursing facilities, focusing on creating and nurturing long-term relationships that drive lead generation and successful move-ins, helping more families to navigate their care options confidently.

Salary : $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Work diligently within a fast-paced healthcare sector to assist families in finding the right senior living community or in-home care agency after hospital discharge.
  • Achieve monthly targets by generating patient referrals daily from your assigned market plan accounts.
  • Own and expand your book of accounts to increase referral volume across your designated territory.
  • Engage in regular networking, cold calling, and service presentations to enhance relationships within each account.
  • Provide education and guidance to families about their care options, ensuring they understand how to collaborate with you and Healthcare Senior Living Advisors towards choosing the best care solution.
  • Partner with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure achievement of targets by coordinating efficient move-ins to care facilities or setups with in-home care providers.
  • Test and implement new initiatives such as account scoring and CRM enhancements, providing essential feedback to refine sales strategies and operational procedures.

Minimum Position Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least three years of informed experience in outside sales roles.
  • Proven track record of not only meeting but exceeding sales quotas.
  • In-depth experience in customer presentations and overcoming objections.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and change-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply new strategies in sales initiatives.
  • Must be able to travel locally within the territory extensively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior sales experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Skills :

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and external clients effectively.
  • Robust negotiation skills to secure and close agreements.
  • Strategic thinking to develop and implement sales and account management plans effectively.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Adaptability to various competing demands, showing the highest level of customer / client service and response.
