Salary : $230,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in complex intellectual property litigation cases strategically and effectively.
- Develop case strategies and actively participate in trial preparations and execution.
- Conduct extensive legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other pivotal litigation documents.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client service that leads to favorable outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in intellectual property law and contribute to firm knowledge sharing.
