Salary : $235,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Actively represent clients in employment law litigation with a strong focus on discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge cases.
- Provide tailored legal counsel and strategic advice to employers on various employment law issues.
- Collaborate with a dynamic legal team to develop legal strategies that support client goals and litigation needs.
- Engage in drafting legal documents, motions, and case filings to advance legal proceedings in favor of our clients.
- Participate in trials, hearings, and other critical legal proceedings, often taking a foreground role.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and changes in the law to provide insightful legal advice and risk assessment.
