Lead Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer
We are searching for a seasoned Lead Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to join our innovative team in Westlake Village, CA. This high-impact role focuses on the design and development of cutting-edge FET and BiCMOS circuits utilized in high-speed broadband ICs. As a crucial member of our design team, you will lead projects that push the boundaries of technology, developing chips that are integral to coherent long-haul and metro systems as well as PAM4 data center systems. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office, designed to blend flexibility with collaboration.
Salary : $175,000 - $225,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Implement and lead advanced circuit design projects, particularly focusing on transimpedance amplifier design in Silicon Germanium (SiGe) BiCMOS technology.
- Develop transmission line structures and other millimeter wave structures for performance enhancement.
- Carry out design of high-performance broadband analog circuits for optical front-end receivers.
- Create designs for various analog circuits such as linear regulators, AGC loop, current / voltage sensors, and bandgaps.
- Guide the development of microarchitecture for major circuit blocks, coaching a team of designers towards implementation.
- Collaborate with other functional groups to ensure successful post-silicon validation, qualification, transition to mass production, and ongoing customer support.
