We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) certification to handle our innovative electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure projects at our Phoenix, AZ location. This pivotal role focuses on overseeing all aspects of EV charging station designs, from concept to completion, managing projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of talented engineers. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in electrical systems, project management, and team leadership to push the boundaries of what's possible in EV charging technologies, driving us toward a greener future.

Salary : $130,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead the management of EV charging infrastructure projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Direct the technical aspects of EV charging system designs, including site evaluations, electrical distribution plans, and equipment specifications.
• Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and utility providers to guarantee alignment with project objectives and expectations.
• Maintain strict adherence to national and local electrical standards and codes, especially the NEC, across all projects.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in EV technology and incorporate these innovations into project designs.
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
