We are excited to offer an opportunity for a seasoned Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Manager to oversee and enhance the implementation of our MES platform. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between multiple departments, leveraging your deep knowledge in MES to maximize system efficiency, guide technical teams, and drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance organizational productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary expert on the MES platform, optimizing system utilization and performance.
- Collaborate closely with plant personnel to understand their needs and translate these into system requirements.
- Develop and conduct comprehensive training for users to ensure proficient and effective use of the MES platform.
- Oversee the integration of new system features, ensuring compatibility and efficiency across all levels of the organization.
- Prioritize and align system enhancements with broader organizational goals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Maintain oversight of system updates and enhancements, informing stakeholders proactively about changes.
- Work with IT and technical teams to ensure successful integration and performance of new functionalities within the MES.
- Provide strategic guidance to upper management on leveraging system capabilities to boost operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support manufacturing leaders in the adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Travel to various company facilities to oversee implementation and training, influencing project outcomes directly.
