Primary Care Physician

Join our dedicated team as a Primary Care Physician where you will contribute to fostering a community of wellness by delivering comprehensive internal medicine and family practice services. You will play a pivotal role in educating patients on wellness and prevention, ensuring patient satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of healthcare. This role offers a competitive salary within the range of $225,000 to $300,000 annually, including a robust benefits package and the potential for significant professional growth.

Salary : $225,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough patient evaluations through interviews and physical examinations.
Develop tailored care plans based on comprehensive assessments, focusing on wellness and prevention.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance techniques.
Provide expert referrals to meet the specific medical needs of patients.
Actively participate in patient care management and quality improvement programs.
Ensure the integrity of patient confidentiality in compliance with federal guidelines and regulations.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records using EMR systems.
Handle night calls as required, ensuring continuous patient care and support.

Minimum Position Qualifications :

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.

Must possess current, unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s).

Board eligible or Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Current DEA license.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience in a full clinical onsite role is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a healthcare setting.

Proven track record in achieving clinical quality improvement outcomes.

Experience in managing EMR and maintaining high standards of data integrity.

Keen sensitivity and proficiency in addressing patient inquiries and resolving complaints.

Skills :

Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform well-rounded patient care.

Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively.

High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Effective communication skills, both oral and written, essential for patient education.

Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a healthcare team setting.
