Product Liability Practice Attorney - Senior

This role involves supporting our nationally recognized Product Liability practice group, which deals with high-stakes product liability litigation and mass tort disputes for national and international manufacturers. Compensation : $180,000.00 - $205,000.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Represent national and international manufacturers in high-stakes product liability litigation and mass tort disputes.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of over 70 attorneys across multiple offices.
- Handle complex legal matters for major consumer brands and aviation products.
- Provide legal counsel in significant "bet-the-company" litigation matters.
- Work closely with clients to advise on risk management and litigation avoidance strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, and contracts.
- Engage in extensive legal research and analysis related to product liability and mass tort claims.
