Salary : Up to $72,800 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Programming CNC machines and routers utilizing AutoCAD software to ensure high efficiency and accuracy in production tasks.
- Reading and interpreting engineering designs and specifications to effectively translate them into operational machine commands.
- Actively leading and training junior staff, imparting critical skills and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Overseeing the execution of projects from conceptualization through to completion, ensuring adherence to quality and timeframes.
- Continuously evaluating and optimizing programming and operational procedures to enhance production efficiency and safety.
