Ideal for a proactive and experienced attorney seeking leadership opportunities and growth in a collaborative, high-stakes legal environment.Salary : $190,000.00 - $340,000.00 per yearEssential Duties and Responsibilities : Review, draft, and negotiate complex legal documents such as supply, purchase, and service agreements across various sectors.Lead and manage comprehensive corporate transactions and commercial projects.Provide strategic, actionable advice to clients, helping them navigate through business and legal decisions.Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and effective problem-solving strategies.Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure cohesive and informed approach towards client’s goals.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.Minimum Position Qualifications : At least 7 years of experience in corporate transactional law, with a strong preference for those experienced in mergers and acquisitions.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Must be currently licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina.Exceptional ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.A proven track record of negotiating and managing complex legal agreements and transactions.Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications : Prior experience in a top law firm or in-house role focusing on corporate governance.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor junior attorneys and support staff.Experience with international corporate law and transactions.Proactive, with a strong analytical ability to assess business opportunities and read market trends.Strong client relationship skills with the ability to build and maintain network of professional contacts.Expertise in legal research and providing proactive legal guidance and risk management.Skills : Highly skilled in contract drafting, negotiation, and analysis.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of conveying legal concepts to non-legal audiences.Robust analytical and strategic thinking skills, adept at problem-solving and decision-making.Effective organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in the use of legal databases and software for legal document management.Benefits : 401(k) plan with employer matching.Comprehensive health insurance, including dental and vision plans.Paid time off for vacations, holidays, and personal days.Life insurance and disability coverage.Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.Supportive and inclusive workplace culture dedicated to personal and professional growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
