Senior Workers' Compensation Defense AttorneyWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join our law firm. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch legal services and defending workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of discovery and litigation while working closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
