Transactional Attorney for Corporate, M&A, and FinanceAm Law 200 firm based in New York seeks a seasoned Transactional Attorney to bolster our dynamic team across various U.S. locations including Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Texas. This role is central to the firm's strategic initiative in expanding our corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, fund formation, and finance sectors.
