Our firm offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits program, scaled with experience.Salary : $240,000.00 - $320,000.00 per yearEssential Duties and Responsibilities : Advise clients on a wide range of corporate governance and business matters.Structure, negotiate, and manage complex M&A transactions.Conduct legal due diligence in transactions to identify and evaluate risk and compliance issues.Prepare and review legal documents such as merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, and asset purchase agreements.Assist in the formation, organization, and management of corporate entities and prepare related legal documents.Participate in client meetings and conference calls to understand client goals and provide tailored advice.Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure comprehensive legal support.Minimum Position Qualifications : J.D. from an accredited law school and good standing in the applicable bar association(s).At least 3 years of experience in corporate law, focusing on M&A, finance, securities, or related fields.Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and under tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.Exceptional oral and written communication skills; capable of presenting complex legal ideas clearly and effectively.Preferred Qualifications : Experience in a large law firm or corporate legal department.Additional certifications or evidence of continuing legal education in corporate law.Experience with international corporate transactions and regulatory frameworks.Strong interpersonal skills with experience in negotiating and metworking with different stakeholders.Skills : Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.Strong strategic thinking and legal analytical skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Proven record of fostering strong client relationships.Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Benefits : Competitive salary and incentive programs.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement plan options and financial planning support.Generous paid time off policy and office holidays.Continuing education and professional development reimbursements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
