Job Details
Software Resources has an immediate, contract job opportunity for a Data/Reporting Analyst. Position is primarily Remote, but must be located near Jefferson City, MO for periodic meetings, and initial onboarding visits.
Important Note: Experience with Mass Data Migration 500 to 600 tables with thousands of columns.
Job Duties
Must meet all the Requirements below:
- The Contractor must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in QA Testing (Web Applications) and Data Analytics (supporting Data Migration) role.
- The Contractor must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in creating test plans and test cases from written specifications or verbal communications.
- The Contractor must have a minimum of five (5) years of software and database testing (manual and automated) including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored jobs, and error replication.
- Familiarity with web testing tools and frameworks (e.g., JIRA, Xray, etc.)
- The Contractor must have a strong understanding of website development, HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript
- The Contractor must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases such as Postgres and DynamoDB.
- The Contractor must be able to read, write, and execute SQL in MS Access.
- The Contractor must have a working knowledge of MS Excel utilizing features such as data importing/exporting, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, etc.
- The Contractor must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud solutions.
- The Contractor must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in agile development (Kanban, Scrum).
- The Contractor must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with both UI and API based testing automation and experience with automation strategies for unit testing.
- The Contractor must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate testing results and recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, product managers, and customer support.
- The Contractor must have excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying and documenting defects accurately.
- The Contractor must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- The Contractor must have the flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- The Contractor must be proactive and have a problem-solving mindset to continuously improve website quality and user experience.
- The Contractor must have a bachelor's degree in information technology or related field. Contractor's must provide proof via certificate or diploma associated with their degree level.
