Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Project Manager with a major corporation in Glendale, CA.
Will be onsite 5 days per week. Typically the team starts at 7 am to prepare for 8 am presentations.

Pay Rate : $45 - $50 / hr DOE
Must haves :
- Strong IT background with project management skills
- Audio video conferencing knowledge is important to have
- Strong background supporting multiple projects.
- Must be able to provide technical support to engineers across the company.

Responsibilities :
Manage Audio Visual install projects to make sure the plan adheres to the timeline, budget and scope.
Plan Audio Visual project install in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders and execute each step of the project.
Define project responsibilities with stakeholders
Perform jobsite inspections to ensure deployment progress and quality are in line
Attend all weekly internal and external project and team meetings
Keep project tracker continuously up to date with current project status for entire portfolio of work
Maintain field presence during installation
Receive and organize equipment as it come in, assigning it to its proper project
Install commercial audio-visual equipment and systems
Maintain and monitor digital playback, including software applications, hardware, and deployments
Basic Qualifications :
Willingness and talent for learning, critical thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes
Ability to operate in a nimble and fluid environment, and to communicate with others (peers, leaders, various inter-departmental stakeholders) in a positive, upbeat and proactive manner
Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple priorities independently and, when dealing with conflicting priorities and / or deadlines, use of strong decision-making capabilities related to proactive communication and management of stakeholders
Organizational skills and time management skills to keep project on track to the finish
Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully
Required Education :
AA degree or equivalent work experience
