Project Details :
The role will focus on the PCI program, specifically updating documentation to meet PCI 4.0 and 4.01 requirements.The goal is to improve and standardize existing documentation and create new documentation for the program.Technical Stack :
Documentation will primarily be done in Confluence, with potential use of SharePoint.Documentation Experience : The candidate must have decent documentation experience as a technical writer, particularly in creating compliance-related documentation rather than technical designs.Program Maturity : The role involves maturing the compliance program by creating and improving documentation for SOPs, procedures, and standard-related guidance.Level of Independence : The candidate should operate independently with minimal instructions.Must have documentation experience as a technical writer.Technical Writing
Write and / or edit technical documents, including policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and work instructions.Develop outlines and drafts for review and approval by technical engineers, developers and compliance management ensuring that final documents meet applicable technical industry and compliance standards.Translate IT application / technical process information into user-friendly content.Provide expertise in the creation, implementation and maintenance of appropriate policies, and procedures to be compliant with applicable technology, regulatory and compliance requirements including SOX, CCPA,PII, PCI (SOC 1 Type II) SOC 2Assist in the policy lifecycle by monitoring changes to the standards and regulatory landscape as it pertains to the organization.Consult relevant regulatory, information sources and resources, technical documents, to obtain background information, and verify pertinent guidelines and regulations governing technical documentation deliverables are applied.Manage the tracking, monitoring and document control of technical documents.Basic Qualifications :
3 years of technical writing experience.Prior experience working within a global Media or entertainment organization, supporting enterprise level Accounting and finance department.Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices across all IT security domains (e.g., Identity and Access Management; Security Architecture and Engineering; Security Operations).Knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry requirements related to Information Security (i.e. GDPR, Payment Card Industry, Domestic and International Privacy regulations).Knowledge of configuration management, change control / problem management integration, risk assessment and acceptance, exception management and security baselines (e.g. COBIT, CIS Baselines, NIST, vendor security technical implementation guides, etc.).Knowledge of US Financial regulations and reporting requirements SOX, SSAE, IAS.Knowledge of technical writing best practices. Project / program management and prioritization skills.Preferred Qualifications :
The primary purpose of this position is for completing security assessments, continuous monitoring of IT security controls and documentation of policies, procedures and runbooks. This role will be responsible for executing and managing the workflow of security assessments throughout the enterprise (assessment scoping, evidence collection, reporting, process metrics, and process improvement), as well as designing and implementing continuous control monitoring mechanisms.
