Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with a major corporation in Burbank, CA.
This assignment is Onsite Mon-Thurs in Burbank, CA and Remote on Fri. There is a possibility of Overtime, but not guaranteed.
Duration : 11 month(s)
Pay Rate : $29 - $31 / hr DOE

Description :
- Read relevant newspapers and trade journals so you are completely immersed in the mission of the office;
- Prepare regular reports & summaries and collaborate on ad hoc projects - you'll have tasks that you own completely;
- Create multi-city travel itineraries, taking into account time zones, weather delays, traffic and fatigue levels;
- Interface directly with other senior executives and executive support professionals - your ability to work well with people on all levels is a very important part of your job;
- Review your leader's schedule to build-in time for things like brainstorming / executing and traveling to their next meeting;
- Understand the day's priorities so you can be strategic about how you direct phone calls and manage calendar changes;
- Be ready to throw the entire schedule out the door when an emergency comes up, then pick it up again when the dust settles;
- Schedule conference rooms, meetings and video calls;
- Handle extremely confidential, sensitive information, remembering that Disney is a publicly traded company;
- Draft letters and emails on behalf of your leaders;
- Manage large purchase orders and vendor contract processing;
- Process expense reports, renew memberships & subscriptions and work on ticket requests for shows;

- Assist with on-boarding new employees - you'll be the friendly face that newbies count on to answer all their questions, including some who are extremely senior in the organization;
- Mentor and train other support professionals in hard skills like computer programs, and soft skills like teamwork;
- Assist with planning large, high-profile events like premiers, product launches, off-sites as well as smaller-scale gatherings such as service recognition parties and team-building activities(as needed);
- Partner with all executive support professionals within the segment in order to ensure smooth, effective & accurate communication to the broader team
- Additional office support and supply management, as needed
