Compensation: $190K-$210K base BONUS Stock.
Location: Hybrid onsite in West Hollywood.

- First and foremost this is a hands on Sr Engineer with extensive experience in AWS and Data
- Secondarily this Sr Engineer will build and manage a 6-8 Engineer team.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS services, including S3, CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Athena, RedShift, and Aurora, as well as data warehousing and security monitoring.
- Payment Rail Integration: Proven experience leading payment rail integration efforts, with a strong understanding of payment systems, transaction security, and compliance.
- Software Development Skills: Background in software development, with proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and MySQL for supporting and enhancing platform integrations.
- Compliance & Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and security best practices, with hands-on experience in security monitoring and risk mitigation.
- Support Operations: Demonstrated ability to manage support ticket workflows, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Leadership Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payment Rail Integration: Lead technical integration of payment rails, managing the technical and regulatory requirements specific to payment processing
- AWS Platform & Data Warehouse Management:
- Software Development & Platform Enhancement: Support and oversee software development initiatives, especially around React.js, Node.js, and MySQL, to enhance platform functionality.
