Description/Comment:
In this newly created role to support the Technology PMO Center of Excellence (COE), the PMO Change Lead will partner across the organization to continue the development, continuous improvement, and roll-out of change methodologies, tools, templates at an enterprise level to drive the adoption and maturity of PMO processes, standards, and tools improvements and offer predictable delivery of programs and projects for our organization. The Technology PMO Change Lead will be the catalyst to drive best practices to support our overall objective to streamline, advance, and accelerate new and existing technology PMO processes.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in project management/delivery with a high proficiency in defining and managing change to drive high levels of adoption. The ideal candidate can establish relationships quickly, has excellent communication skills, loves to solve problems, drafts concise and actionable content, establishes comprehensive roll-out and training plans, and assesses/coordinates changes with various partners throughout the organization. The role is an excellent opportunity to lead all aspects of PMO Process and Tool adoption, including training, to impact consistent delivery of technology projects across Enterprise Technology.
The Technology Project Management Office (PMO) Change Lead works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and reports to Enterprise Technology, PMO Senior Manager, Technology Processes and
MINIMUM SKILLS
1. Minimum 3 years of experience managing functional requirements as a BA or Product Owner, responsible for driving business value and adoption.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in leading organizational change management projects.
3. Demonstrated experience leading organization change management initiatives to support the implementation or enhancements to improve project management processes, templates and associated tools.
4. Ability to develop, lead, and implement right-size change management solutions across cross-functional teams.
5. OCM Certification – Prosci, CCMP, or similar industry-recognized certification.
