Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Software Support Representative to join our team. The position will work mainly with county government in West Virginia providing support for our custom software packages. Support will be provided by phone and remote services as well as some on site service. Individuals will be trained on the job for specific government functions and/or needed technical skills
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be reliable
- Available to travel to customer locations (some overnight)
- Valid Driver's License
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or IT support roles is preferred
- Familiarity with IBM systems is a plus
- Experience with government work or financial experience is a plus
- Technical proficiency is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
