What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - Medical Billing, Grants position at Software Technology Inc?
This will include but is not limited to:
- Paying medical claims
- Keeping detailed payment and billing records
- Day-to-day communication with program vendors
- Coordinating the printing and distribution of materials
- Providing TA on data system (Med-It) to vendors
- Data entry of services rendered (if needed)
- Supporting the Tennessee Breast & Cervical Screening Program (TBCSP) with programmatic needs as indicated
- Assisting with onboarding new vendors to TWHHP.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) is required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- The preferred candidate will have experience with claims processing.
