Client is seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst / Project Coordinator. This hybrid role combines data analysis expertise with project coordination skills, enabling you to drive data-driven decisions and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that support decision-making across the organization.
Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Collect, clean, and analyze datasets to provide actionable insights.
Utilize tool sets to drive data output and input into MDR
Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Use statistical tools and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project timelines and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and report on performance to stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of project milestones.
Identify potential data risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain comprehensive data sets and records.
Design, implement, and manage surveys or feedback forms using Microsoft Forms.
Analyze data collected from forms to identify trends and actionable insights.
Ensure surveys are user-friendly, accessible, and align with project or organizational goals.
Integrate Microsoft Forms data with other tools and systems for reporting and analysis.
