IDM Project Manager 100% Remote 6 Month Assignment Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, executing, and closing tasks related to the development and deployment of our internal IDM solution. This role requires a solid project management skills, strong skills and experience with software development lifecycles, and a solid understanding of identity and access management concepts. Project Planning and Execution: Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Utilize agile or waterfall methodologies (or hybrid) as appropriate for the project. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, IT professionals, and business stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels. Identity Management Expertise: Gain and maintain knowledge of BILH IDM concepts, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and governance. Understand and document the technical requirements and challenges of implementing an IDM platform. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues. Provide regular updates to management on project status. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with specific IDM and HR technologies (e.g., Workday, Azure AD ). Experience with scripting or programming languages
