Location : Coppel Texas Hybrid

Duration : Fulltime

Salesforce Consulting Lead with a blend of technical expertise , business development acumen, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.

1. Salesforce Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, and AppExchange products.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, workflows, automation, and integrations.

2. Business Development & Sales Acumen

Proven ability to sell and grow Salesforce consulting services —both with new and existing clients.

Experience in crafting go-to-market strategies for Salesforce offerings.

Strong networking skills to build relationships within Salesforce and potential clients.

3. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Ability to lead a team of Salesforce consultants, architects, and developers.

Experience in working with C-level executives, clients, and technical teams.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise between teams and stakeholders.

4. Industry Knowledge

Familiarity with industries like Manufacturing, Financial Services, Media, and Retail.

Understanding of how Salesforce can drive digital transformation in these sectors.

5. Strategic Thinking & Innovation

Ability to develop innovative Salesforce solutions and stay ahead of trends.

Vision to expand the consulting practice in the U.S. and internationally.

Experience with campaigns and marketing initiatives to build the firm’s Salesforce brand.

6. Mentorship & Team Development

Willingness to mentor junior consultants and grow the team.

Strong focus on recruitment and retention of Salesforce talent.

Ideal Background :

Experience : 8 years in Salesforce consulting, including leadership roles.

Certifications : Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Architect, or Administrator) are a plus.

Education : Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
