Job Title: Business Analyst

processes and computer systems, and will use this information to evaluate automated and manual processes, staff workloads, skills, training needs and other factors to improve efficiency, accuracy and customer services. In addition will:

• Lead the implementation of policies, processes and computer systems.
• Apply organizational change management practices, with an emphasis on effective communications, building stakeholder trust and measuring performance with a focus on improving operational performance and customer services.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct communications with customers and other stakeholders as part of a larger effort to improve customer services.
• Plan and coordinate the creation of public websites and other media, in partnership with public relations staff, to inform the public about services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Advanced computer skills are required that aligns with the Job Description. In addition, strong analytical skills; ability to create and manage project schedules; ability to research state laws and policies; experience with organizational change management; customer relations skills; good verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage several projects simultaneously; and proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
