We use water-based, biodegradable chemicals that emulsify dirt and grime, breaks down bugs nests, and cobwebs, as well as kills mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria, and sanitizes the surface we are cleaning. Soft washing uses only one-third the water of pressure washing, lasts four to six times longer, and doesn’t erode the surface, as pressure washing often can.

- Can you follow up to ensure that all work areas are ready, and all equipment is working properly?
- Are you detailed oriented to make sure the truck is prepared for the day based on your jobs for the day?
- Can you protect customers' property and landscaping from physical and chemical damages once trained?
- Do you always have safety in mind for both you and those around you?
- Can you follow instructions to make sure proper chemical concentration are used to provide a quality cleaning?
Qualifications
- Do you have exceptional customer service skills?
- Do you follow safety guidelines?
- Do you have a valid driver's license and clean driving record?
- Are you able to stand 6-10 hours a day?
- Are you able to climb ladders?
- Can you lift and carry up to 45 lbs.?
- Are you able to be outside 6-10 hours a day?
