Position Overview:
As a Tech Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for any service needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our medical devices and offering top-notch support. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This position is a full-time role, based in our service department location in Marietta.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from providers via phone, email, or text. (After hours support may be required)
- Provide comprehensive product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding our device.
- Assist customers with order processing, shipping, and handling any potential issues related to their orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback, logging them in different spreadsheets.
- Communicate with our technicians and admin team regarding customer interactions.
- Actively participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex medical device concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle challenging situations with poise.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to provide effective solutions.
- Associate Degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Customer service experience of 3-5 years
