Job Description :
General Supervision : Work under the supervision of the IT Implementations supervisor and / or team lead to assist in facilities project deployment and support.
Project Deployment Tasks :
Organize, palletize, and deliver desktop hardware for small to medium implementation projects.
Perform tasks like staging, unboxing, delivering, loading, unloading, preliminary workstation setup, and trash removal as needed.
Project Types :
Facilities Implementations Group projects.
New facilities client infrastructure deployment.
Assist with project tasks, moves, and relocations.
Flexible Work Hours : Available to work extra hours and weekends based on project schedules.
Task Guidelines : Follow team lead or supervisor instructions to complete tasks within scheduled guidelines.
Equipment Handling :
Organize, stage, and gather equipment for deployment and implementation (e.g., 48X project).
Palletize equipment for delivery to the site.
Unbox equipment and dispose of cardboard and trash.
Load and unload hardware from the warehouse and transport it to designated locations.
Transport equipment using a hand truck to specified locations.
Hardware Setup :
Attach monitors to monitor arms.
Install, configure, tag, and document printer installations.
Perform cable management of workstations (based on provided examples).
Physical Requirements : Lift items up to 50 lbs.
Technical Skills : Basic understanding of computers and printers.
Communication Skills : Effective verbal and written communication.
