Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet division objectives and strategic growth plans.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, program management, and engineering teams to ensure early program involvement for successful proposal development and order booking.
- Maintain strict adherence to corporate ethics, internal controls, and government compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field, and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience with high pulse power systems.
- Minimum of 5 years related business development experience.
- Proven ability to build and develop relationships cross-functionally.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Prior business development experience in a government contracting environment.
- Knowledge of defense and governmental budgets, how they are established and managed.
