Softworld, a Kelly Company, is seeking an Executive Business Growth Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in high pulse power systems, business development, and proposal management, as well as strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet division AOP and Strategic Growth Plans
- Collaborate with operations, finance, program management, and engineering teams to ensure early program involvement
- Contribute to the management of division marketing budgets
- Represent the Client product line at conferences and customer sites
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in physics, electrical engineering, or related field, and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience with high pulse power systems
- Minimum of 5 years related business development experience
- Proven ability to build and develop relationships cross-functionally
- Displays high degree of ethics/integrity
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
