**Job Description**
We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Analyst II to join our team at Softworld, a Kelly Company.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing blanket purchase orders, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as utilizing SAP for financial analysis of R&D programs and trial costs. You will also be responsible for developing metrics via Excel models to analyze resource allocations and forecasts for use by managers within the department.
You will work closely with the R&D Finance team to support financial planning and accounting principle knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities for clinical trials and pharmaceutical development pipeline.
**Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate expert level proficiency in MS Excel, including creating pivot tables and utilizing functions such as VLOOKUP, concatenation, and if/then.
- Build and maintain MS Excel models using pivot tables to project costs for distribution and warehousing, 3rd party packaging, 3rd party labeling, and drug costs to develop budget forecasts.
- Utilize SAP for financial analysis of R&D programs and trial costs, including maintaining and updating rolling forecast and profit plan.
