POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for an information Technology (IT) analyst to support our Enterprise Systems. This role will report to the Director of IT Enterprise Systems and will provide technical support, maintenance and enhancement of solutions for Finance, HR, Procurement, Quality and Supply Chain.
The candidate should have experience in biotech, life sciences, or other regulated industries and possess a mix of technical skills, attention to detail and passion for delivering the best customer experience possible.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Specific responsibilities include:
• System administration, maintenance, user support, and training.
• Monitor the performance and status of Enterprise Systems used for Accounting, Financial operations, Human Resources, and Quality.
• Build effective relationships and partner with the business as an IT liaison.
• Support implementation, maintenance and enhancement of new Enterprise IT solutions.
• Perform system administration tasks to maintain compliance with various regulatory standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC, Dept. of Labor.
The successful candidate will have:
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a technical or business-related discipline with 5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology specifically working with the technologies of the functions indicated, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Biotech / Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry experience.
• Prefer experience with ERP, HRIS, and Quality systems used in the biotech industry; UKG, NetSuite, Coupa, and Veeva.
• Project management experience in a team-oriented cross-functional environment (varying size and resource mix / skill sets)
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and Sarbanes Oxley.

• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities rapidly to meet tight deadlines.
• Professional demeanor, excellent oral, and written communication skills to all levels of the organization. Physical Requirements:
• This role will be based out of our Louisville, CO location, and is expected to work onsite at least 4 days/week.
Salary : $54 - $65
