Job Description:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with both Azure-based and on-prem instances of Dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and fellow developers to gather precise requirements and deliver high-quality Dynamics solutions that drive business success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Utilize expertise to diagnose and address problems related to Dynamics solutions and integrations, while providing exceptional technical support to end-users in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment instructions, to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Desired Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of software engineering/development experience supporting Enterprise IT Applications development, preferably with .NET software.
• Experience in Dynamics 8.2, 9.0, and 365.
• Understanding of Dynamics security models, workflows, business rules, and other customization features.
• Familiarity with Dynamics reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI.
• Ability to translate business requirements to Dynamics designs and solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, virtual environment.
• US Citizenship is required for this role due to Program Requirements.
• Demonstrated experience working in agile.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating on solutions with multiple concurrent developers.
• Demonstrated experience working in Microsoft's Government Community Cloud High environment.
• Data engineering experience in the Power BI environment.
• Experience developing .NET and Power Apps/Dynamics 365 solutions.
